I began working at Tri-state Glass in November 1997. As a result of my relocation to Binswanger Glass in June 2001, I was able to further my education and hone my skills. In 2002, I was promoted to the position of lead auto glass technician. After holding this position until October 2022, I felt that God was leading me to start my own business. So in January of 2023 I formed Disciple Glass
